Tim & Matt were very well informed on Subaru equipment . During final signing of deal their was not any deviation of what was agreed to with sales reps, . Watching other sale people one can see Napleton Subaru is well managed . This is why I returned for my 2nd purchase of a Outback and my 1st 2010 Forester still running strong ( wifes car ) . My husband and I had previously purchased an Outback from Tim Normoyle at Napelton’s. When my parents were in need of a car, we knew exactly who we wanted to work with and purchase it from. Tim has been outstanding to work with on both occasions. He took time to explain details of the car in terms my parents (who are not necessarily familiar with all the new technology with cars today) could easily understand. Tim was patient and made my parents feel like an otherwise overwhelming experience of purchasing a new car was easy and manageable.
