He was able to locate the exact car I wanted- color, trim and options, rather than trying to push me into just settling for whatever they currently had on the lot. He also took the time to help me uninstall and re-install my 3 car seats to make sure they fit into the car. I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. I contacted Napleton Autowerks on THURS afternoon and Irv quickly scheduled me for an early FRI morning appointment. Irv greeted me at the dealership and reviewed the services that I requested. I also asked Irv to let me know if my car needed any additional work. Iggy drove me to work (about 30 min across town!). We chatted about Rockford hotspots and Las Vegas hotels. Later in the morning, Irv called me at work to inform me that my car passed their 22-point inspection and did not require any other repairs. The car was ready for pick-up before lunchtime! Iggy promptly picked me up from work and took me back to the dealership. When I arrived, Irv again reviewed the services with me and walked me out to my car. It was washed and vacuumed and looked brand new! I highly recommend Napleton Autowerks for all of your auto needs. Everything was great except for the price of course. They really wouldn't negotiate down on the price at all and were pretty hard sell about it.
