In late April 2025, I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dealership. When I made a fair $80,000 offer, General Sales Manager Eric Orellana mocked me, saying I’d “never worked hard a day” experience at this dealership. When I made a fair $80,000 offer, General Sales Manager Eric Orellana mocked me, saying I’d “never worked hard a day” in my life and called the offer “ridiculous.” He added, “We’re not selling a car for free.” And how I did not know how this business works and that I needed “experience”. Freddie Alvarado, the sales rep, was initially respectful, but once Eric escalated, he followed suit and ripped a paper from my hand in front of other customers. I came in ready to buy not to be insulted. I left and paid cash elsewhere for my Yukon. I hope this team rethinks how they treat serious buyers. I’d still be open to working with them with real professionalism and respect and not rub off their ‘11 years’ of dealership experience to customers like Eric did to me. More
