Salesmen are shady- most of them that I have come in contact with are absolutely xxxx bags. I love my car that I purchased, but I’ll never go to Napleton Crystal Lake again. Not only did they try to giv contact with are absolutely xxxx bags. I love my car that I purchased, but I’ll never go to Napleton Crystal Lake again. Not only did they try to give me $6,000 for my trade-in (I didn’t take that offer- but now my trade in is on their lot for over $15,000). xxxxxxx. Then my father in law tried to purchase a vehicle from them.. they came to an agreement on price THEN their turd of a salesmen decides to call them back and say.. well we have to add $1800 to the price- because of the work that they put into the car. What kind of work do you need on a 2018 with 30k miles at the price? Rip off. Needless to say, my father in law told them to get bent and I refuse to refer anyone else to this dealer. I understand the market is insane right now, but these people really try to screw you out of a lot of money. My salesman was funny, but that’s about it. Luckily I really wanted the car I purchased otherwise I would have walked out. More
