Just under 9 months ago I went in to trade in my vehicle and purchase something new. My husband and I decided on a Mitsubishi Endeavor. Phil was honestly so wonderful. The reason for the purchase was I was expecting our first child and I was driving a two door Alero. He walked me through every step of the purchase, gave us a wonderful deal and was so helpful. I was so grateful that he was there to help and made it so easy. He literally treated us like family, as did the rest of the staff. I'm thankful he made out experience so easy and seamless because as I pulled out of the dealership with my new car, I went into labor and headed for the hospital. On Tuesday May 21 I took my car in to be serviced because the "check engine" light was on. Mark did a great service by diagnosing the car and finding the problem. He also saw that I needed a brake fluid flus the "check engine" light was on. Mark did a great service by diagnosing the car and finding the problem. I hate the car buying experience, however I was in need of a newer car and was torn between a Cadillac, which I had been driving for 12 years, and a Buick which I had been hearing good things about. I made out a definitive list of what I wanted based upon color, and options and handed it to Adrianne. She was very grateful I had the list so she didn't have to fish for what I wanted. She was not at all high pressure which I was very happy about. She looked hard to find the car I had described on my list and it turned out there were two, but one had more options than the other, and was newer. I took the car on a test drive and left to think about it. I came back with my wife and wanted to test drive it without anyone from Courtesy in the car with us, and that was no problem. I came back and negotiated what I believe was a fair deal and I bought the car. They had just taken the car in on trade and Adrianne made sure it still got properly detailed It has XM and from experience I know XM, while a good product, has terrible customer service. She took it as a challenge and made sure I got exactly what I wanted there as well, and welcomed me back anytime with questions or concerns. I was treated very respectfully and all people I encountered were friendly, low key and helpful. I have walked out of other dealers that refuse to let you drive the car alone, or are high pressure. I would highly recommend this dealer and they guarantee a loaner if your car needs service. More
