This place is amazing! I was in the market for a car a thought was out of my reach if I got it new and this team (Anthony and Jeff) made it happen for me. I am so thrilled with my new vehicle. After he met and started working with Anthony and Jeff, he enjoyed himself and really settled in to find me a new car. The friendliness is what really made us feel welcome. Everyone seems genuine, which you don't always find at dealerships. I have bought numerous cars over the years and have never had a positive experience throughout the whole process until now. All in all, I got the exact car with all the options I wanted, at a phenomenal deal and will definitely be back when it is time for another car. Great job on all fronts!!! More

He saved me over $2,500 because of his relationships and experience with their lenders. Do make sure to also ask for Adrianne - she is probably the best sales person they have. If she didn't know the answer to a question she found out the answer instead of giving you a car salesperson line. I would ask for her first. More

I would NOT recommend this dealership. They do not stand by their product. When my younger brother purchased a Jeep from them, he drove it off the lot and within 10 miles the check engine light went on and by their product. When my younger brother purchased a Jeep from them, he drove it off the lot and within 10 miles the check engine light went on and he realized the A/C did not work properly. Since it was JUST purchased and it was a pre-existing issue we figured it would not be an issue and they informed him of 3,000 mile DEALERSHIP warranty to go along with the extended warranty he purchased. At first when I went in they said no worries and they would take care of it, but then after figuring out what was wrong with it they changed their mind. Long story short they were very rude in letting him know they would not stand by the dealership warranty and he had to use the extended warranty. This would not have been a big deal if the extended warranty did not have a clause that it wasn’t used he would get a check for $1400. I would think that when making such a big purchase that had preexisting issues a company would do whatever possible to accommodate an unsatisfied customer. However, as stated his expectations were not met or exceeded. So with SO many other dealerships out there I would strong recommend using someone else to make such a big purchase. More

Upon recommendation from my regular mechanic that I needed dealership attention for my problem, I took my conversion van into Courtesy Buick-GMC. From the very moment I pulled up to the service entran needed dealership attention for my problem, I took my conversion van into Courtesy Buick-GMC. From the very moment I pulled up to the service entrance, I received prompt, courterous, and INDIVIDUALIZED care from the service Department. My van was processed in quickly and then taken to an open maintainence stall. I was given the diagnosis of my electrical problem and asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. All charges were explained to me in advance so there would be no surprises. I was kept informed of progress on the repair and what the mechanic was doing to fix the problem. I was given mechanic's recommendations to avoid similar problems on my aging van. My overall experience at the dealership's service department was excellent and I considered it of far higher quality than my other service visits to other dealerships over a span of MANY years. My recommendation is that if one is in need of vehicle service, thay might want to consider bringing their vehicle to this dealer first. I am certainly glad I discovered them, for I will be visiting them again for servcice and checking out their cars when I am in need of a new one. More

After weeks of searching, during which time Brian Mulville stayed in constant communication, I decided on a GMC vehicle, but it was not part of the inventory at Courtesy in Crystal Lake....so Anthony Gladney went to work. Anthony went above and beyond to deliver the EXACT car I wanted from 300+ miles away. Pricing was bottom line with no games; no hard sell for add-ons at close; communication was excellent. This is a community minded dealership that is trying to break the paradigms of the car buying experience and ensure customer satisfaction without the hassle, gimmicks, or games.
