Today I brought my car in for warranty Service. Keith was my advisor. Keith was very disappointing. First his communication made me feel that I was not valued as a customer. When he brought me my keys I asked for the paperwork he informed me it was not ready. I said I could wait, he told me it might be a few hours. (He suggested to mail it to me) I said I could stop by later if it really would be hours. As I stood there the tech brought him my paperwork?.. 2. He also informed me I needed a part that they needed to order. I asked when would it be at the dealership, he said “you never know with Caddilac it may be a few days. 3. I asked for the part number needed. He reluctantly gave it to me I then went to the parts department and was informed it would be here tomorrow. If I owned this business this type of service would not be accepted. More

This place is a rip off! First off Keith Goebelt is the rudest service advisor of all. They overcharged me by charging 25 to 35 percent over list price on parts and also infl First off Keith Goebelt is the rudest service advisor of all. They overcharged me by charging 25 to 35 percent over list price on parts and also inflate the labor charges. I trusted them last year on a 4700 dollar repair order which I now realized they way over charged me on the parts! 35% over list! I will be pursuing legal action against the dealership and corporation as well as continue to put in complains with the complaints.com and the BBB. What a bunch of thieves! All they care about is how much money they can scam out of trusting customers ! Beware! More
