Pete my sales person was great, he’s very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. His boss, Chad had very little room for negotiating. Ended up getting the undercoating rust protection and lux protec about the vehicle I purchased. His boss, Chad had very little room for negotiating. Ended up getting the undercoating rust protection and lux protection which was part of the deal that I didn’t want. After looking at the undercoating process I wasn’t impressed, lots of missed areas, undercoating all over the exhaust, skid plates, and on the exterior of the rocker panels. Black tar/paint that smokes every drive. They didn’t bother to remove anything to get at the hard to reach spots, so there’s a lot of untreated areas. My fault for not saying anything but that’s what I kind of expected and didn’t want to spent the money for that reason anyway. Overall pretty good experience. More
