When I purchased my used 2021 Tahoe there were a few minor dents and scratches.. The used car manager Michael was very sincere and offered to make the corrections on behalf of Naples. If you can avoid this dealership, please do so. Service here is terrible. It took over 3 weeks to fix my car and when I picked it up, the car was not fixed completely. The technician decided to Service here is terrible. It took over 3 weeks to fix my car and when I picked it up, the car was not fixed completely. The technician decided to put on a defective part instead of replacing the part. I had to bring the car back and was told the repair would take 2 hours and it took 3 days. I was told a certain price when I agreed to repair the car but when I went to pick it up, it was over $1,000 more. When I asked why, I was told, "Oh, let me throw in some discounts to get the price down." I was never told why the price went up $1,000. I did see that I was charged 2x for the diagnostic service ($195 x2). When I questioned that, I was told, "There was a lot to check on your car." I ended up not paying the price I agreed to cause I was tired of waiting for the service guy to give me all the "discounts" to try to get the price to what I originally agreed to. The entire experience was awful. I started with one service person and within 2 days I was told she quit. Then I had a new service person who tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need for my car. Like I said, if you can go somewhere else, do it. More
