This was my first big car purchase at 20 years old, so I was a little nervous going in. Joey made it feel easy right away. He was friendly, offered us coffee and water, and never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. He took the time to explain all the features of the car and went through the paperwork clearly, explaining every dollar so there were no surprises. I never felt pressured at any point, which I really appreciated. The whole process only took about 3 hours in one day, and everything went smoothly. Overall, Joey was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and made the experience way better than I expected. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Wow, did I get scammed by these guys. I bought the Platinum service contract (3,700 dollars) to cover my new "used" vehicle. First time I brought it in for a covered service part. They over charged on what the warranty company would cover for labor by 2k and passed it on to me. Nothing I could do about it. Worst part was they just smiled. They had my car for 3weeks and 5 days to replace a defective heater core. More

I've been bringing my Suburbans exclusively to this dealership since 2001. There's an old saying that every good thing must come to an end. Well, in this case: the bad thing has come to an end. After nearly a quarter of a century and tens of thousands of dollars worth of service and repair, I will never return to this dealership. They could care less about whether or not they provide a decent service. Every time I have gone there in the past year or so...delays, delays, delays. The time before I went there, I set up an appointment for an oil change. Once I got there and got checked in, they told me it would be two hours before they could look at my car. Add another hour (plus!) to the oil change and it would have cost me over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Of course I had to re-schedule and come back another day. Today, a very similar experience. I set up an 8:00 appointment for an oil change on a car with 12,000 miles. The first thing that happens is the customer service rep proposes two different options for me. One being a $400 "oil change," and the other being nearly a $500 "oil change." When I refused and opted for the $112 oil change, I asked for confirmation on how long it would take. It was confirmed that it would take an hour. Important to me because I had a chiropractor appointment to get to next. They give you a phone number to "text me anytime during your service visit." When I texted an hour and fifteen minutes later and again an hour and twenty three minutes later simply asking for an update, I was ignored. When I finally walked into the bay area looking for an update, the paperwork was done and sitting there. God knows for how long! Frustrated that I now am going to miss and have to pay for my chiropractor appointment, I explained to the customer service rep Rafael (note: I am and was very polite) that after nearly 25 years of getting service at this dealership that I would not be returning. I explained just the last two horrible experiences I had. As bad as all of what is written above is, it gets worse. After I explained to Rafael that I would not be coming back, his response was to hand me the invoice and tell me to put my card in credit card machine. He didn't even acknowledge a single thing I said to him! Absolutely could have cared less. He acted like I never said anything to him, completely ignoring me and directing me on how to pay with my credit card. As bad as the service consistently is, not giving a darn or even acknowledging my complaint is worse. I want to reiterate, I was very respectful and polite toward Rafael when I made my complaint. This is a dealership that will never see me again. More
