If you can avoid this dealership, please do so. Service here is terrible. It took over 3 weeks to fix my car and when I picked it up, the car was not fixed completely. The technician decided to put on a defective part instead of replacing the part. I had to bring the car back and was told the repair would take 2 hours and it took 3 days. I was told a certain price when I agreed to repair the car but when I went to pick it up, it was over $1,000 more. When I asked why, I was told, "Oh, let me throw in some discounts to get the price down." I was never told why the price went up $1,000. I did see that I was charged 2x for the diagnostic service ($195 x2). When I questioned that, I was told, "There was a lot to check on your car." I ended up not paying the price I agreed to cause I was tired of waiting for the service guy to give me all the "discounts" to try to get the price to what I originally agreed to. The entire experience was awful. I started with one service person and within 2 days I was told she quit. Then I had a new service person who tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need for my car. Like I said, if you can go somewhere else, do it. More
