Had deal in place for a used Jeep, or I thought I had a deal in place. I was told the Jeep could not be sold until Monday (08/4) a part was ordered for it. I received an email from the GM on 7/29 with a PA. Did not include my trade, just the sales price. A few minutes later, i received another email asking when i can come in. They were hoping to close this deal in July. I reached out to my sales rep; he told me this was a mistake. The Jeep could not be sold. Side note, the original price of the Jeep was $18,900. It dropped to $17,900. New part was received; it went back up to $18,900. Anyway, i was told to email over " other deals " I had; they would match my trade. thought this was awesome. I sent this email Sunday... nothing, emailed Monday, nothing... Emailed Wednesday hey follow up, can we move forward?? Nothing, I emailed again today 08/07. OH, yeah that Jeep was sold. No contact, no follow, nothing. I live 4 hours away; it's a good thing i didn't make the drive. Sad to think this is how they treat clients. Now this Jeep is gone, the Jeep at the other dealer is gone. I passed that one up, I was told they could match it would be a better deal. Now, I am out two jeeps! My sales rep Jared was good to work with. Outside of this!!!! More
