This was my 2cd visit since Napleton took over the dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. I no longe dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. I no longer trust their service department to do the work requested. Everyone else at the dealership were very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them but in the future I will not have any service performed at this dealership and will probably not purchase a vehicle there. Greg Titus did a great job on helping me with new tires that my car needed. Time spent waiting for the completion of work was less than what I was told. When I need work done on my car, Greg gets me an app that my car needed. Time spent waiting for the completion of work was less than what I was told.
