The service department here (Ted) is quite possibly the WORST service department I've ever been to and horrible customer service. After 1 bad experience with them, we thought we would try again and it was WORST service department I've ever been to and horrible customer service. After 1 bad experience with them, we thought we would try again and it was even worse. My husband shows up for a simple oil change, filter change and brake check and was told once he arrived that it may take 2 hours so he might want to go home or reschedule. What?! Wouldn't it be nice to know this before he arrived!? Since he was too far from home, he decided to wait. While he still sat there and waited, he was told the employees were on lunch break and would be back soon. He was the only person & car in there! He was also told that if he wanted a car wash it would be another 30mins. After literally 3.5hrs of waiting, his car was done. How is this acceptable?!?! We are a Chevy family, but will never go back here for vehicles or service! More

I was extremely nervous to walk into another dealership after being taken advantage of recently. I received great treatment and fantastic service by the sales to the manager to the finance office. In November 2023, I was in a serious car accident that totaled my car. I found a used car from Napleton Chevrolet which I ended up purchasing. The salesman that helped me was good but the manager Chris Be totaled my car. I found a used car from Napleton Chevrolet which I ended up purchasing. The salesman that helped me was good but the manager Chris Behlke scammed me out of my down payment that went to a warranty that was NOT previously discussed with me prior to signing the contract for my vehicle. Two months later, I called to have the warranty returned because the money needed to go to the loan of the car. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for this to be returned and reflected on my loan. I waited and it was NOT returned. I tried calling multiple times and the financial mangers would NOT even take my calls. I then took the time to go to the dealership (an hour away and my day off wasted) and the financial manger Mike Mancano had me sign a form to physically process the return of the warranty. Again I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process. Three months later, it still hasn’t been processed because he NEVER EVEN SIGNED THE FORM (I have the proof) and the money still hasn’t gone back to my loan. I was scammed out of my down payment, disappointed and disrespected. I was in a horrible car accident and was completely taken advantage of. This was a complete waste of my time and I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More
