Andrew always has stellar service. He hustles and always has a good attitude. The waiting area with the coffee machines is also really nice after the update. Customer Service was horrible. They just threw a wheel lock in my car without any explanation. I was expecting some type of device installed in my car because my wife had been th They just threw a wheel lock in my car without any explanation. I was expecting some type of device installed in my car because my wife had been there for same campaign and they installed a device in her car all they did for me was give me a steering wheel lock with no explanation. Andrew was lazy and did not want to call my Drivesmart people. He said that would take alot of time. I still do not know how to use the device and it didn't come with any instructions. Customer service sucks. More

They need to hire at least 2 or 3 more tech/mechanics to keep up with demand.
