Our oil change and tire rotation was handled well. However, after finding a screw in the sidewall of one tire, we ended up purchasing four new tires. After not hearing for a week, we scheduled the alignment with another dealership and it was completed. As of today, 2 weeks later, we still have not received a call about getting the alignment done!
