I had an excellent experience working with the folks at Napleton to get my 25 F150 XLT. Rich aka "The Gray" was not only a good dude, but a fair and reasonable point of contact with the sales manager Bob Napleton to get my 25 F150 XLT. Rich aka "The Gray" was not only a good dude, but a fair and reasonable point of contact with the sales manager Bob aka Big Hoss. Bob was a touch of a tough sell on a couple minor items- but, it's a negotiation, and we reached a very fair price OTD with the Gold Certification I wanted on the truck. Rocco Boberto DiCicci with the slick hair in the finance office was no xx, no pressure- he did upsell an additional warranty which I opted not to take at this time, and he was totally cool about the whole thing. I'm pleased with my new Truck and grateful to the folks here at Napleton for making this a smooth, no pressure, no xx experience. More
