I had a great experience at Napleton Ford, Bill was a great guy to work with, he was patient and answered every question I had and made the whole process a breeze. I was expecting to be there the whole day but I was in and out with a new vehicle in a little over two hours including test drive, paperwork and financing, much better compared to other experiences I've had before. Bob was great to work with as well, he made the financing part very pleasant and was very down to earth, he also made sure to take the time to find me the best rate possible. Bill even went out of his way to guide me through all the features in my vehicle after the purchase was done just to make sure that I understood all the safety features.
