Service was excellent! I test drove several cars and visited on multiple occasions before getting the right one for me. Tim was great to work with. The dealer and Tom dealt with me very straight forward and honest. I spent many days configuring a vehicle that met my requirements and took a lot of Tom's time helping me look for a vehicle that would f and honest. When all was said and done it became apparant that I would need to order the vehicle, and Tom made that process as simple as possible. The whole group there from sales to service really take an interest in their customers, and never once did I feel that typical pressure to buy something I didn't need or want. They gave me a great price right from the start (no other dealer came close)and never shorted me on anything I was looking for. Great experience and I would point anyone who is considering a Ford or Lincoln to take a look at Napelton Ford! More

This is the third car we have purchased from Rich at Napleton Ford in Libertyville. Rich provides exceptional personal service and works extremely hard to make sure that we are 100% satisfied. The Service Department is outstanding - Gene, Eric and Mark are friendly, efficient and get the service work done in a timely manner. We went to Napleton Ford in Libertyville Illinois to look at the 2011 Ford Escape. We were shown the vehicle and take for a test ride by Tim Barcal. My wife and I walked on the lot on Monday looking for an inexpensive import for our 16 year old daughter. We walked through the lot for at least 20 minutes before my wife suggested we leave. As we were walking to our car a young man approached us and asked me if I needed help. He never even looked at my wife. I told him what we were looking for which was followed by him telling me (not US) that he'd go inside and see what was available. After another 10 minute wait he came back to tell us he had nothing to shoe me (again he directed the conversation to me, NOT US.) I told him we saw a Focus that might work for us. He then unbuttoned his shirt (it really wasn't THAT hot out) and actually said "I thought you only wanted an import? Focuses are not as well built as imports are!" can you imagine our shock when we were by a Ford dealer NOT TO BUY A FORD BECAUSE IT'S NOT AS GOOD AS AN IMPORT!" At this point after waiting for as long as we did and being advised NOT TO BUY A FORD we left as quickly as we could. Let me assure you Mr Napleton I will NEVER set foot on your lot again, and I will positively make sure that everyone I come in contact with (I am a supervisor in a company of over 3,000 employees)will know of my experience. It's dealers like you that give your industry a black eye. One more thing. A copy of this letter will be sent to your regional manager. I'm sure he'd like to know how his product is being represented by one of his dealers. More

Scott listened to me and my concerns. He understood the problems I was having trying to find a car for my recent college graduate. We had come in looking for a new Ford Focus and for the same amount of mo problems I was having trying to find a car for my recent college graduate. I had a good experience at Napleton. I wasn't sure which model would be best for me, and Tim helped me decide on the Edge, which I absolutely love! The price was very competitive.
