Sean said Steve was confused as to why it was online at that price. After another round of Sean speaking with Steve, he came down to $36,000. When we told Sean it was false advertising, he noted they had a disclaimer on the website that prices can change. This felt like another trick to get people into the dealership and a complete and utter waste of our time. We will never return to this dealership. More

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Napleton Ford. Napleton sold me the car without having clear title, and never told me about it. One year later, when I tried to renew my license plate sticker, my Napleton sold me the car without having clear title, and never told me about it. One year later, when I tried to renew my license plate sticker, my car was not in the Secretary of State system. I was not allowed to renew my license plate. I have contacted the dealership numerous times to resolve this issue and make it right. They have done absolutely nothing, and I have had to secure another vehicle to drive until the title mess is resolved. The dealership would not even give me a loaner car, until the mess they created was resolved. I have since contacted legal counsel to help me resolve this issue. Mistakes are understandable. A dealership that does not make them right is not understandable. If you are going to buy a used car from this dealership... make sure that they show you the title, before you buy the car. And also make sure that you are perfectly satisfied with the car before you drive it off the lot... because if there is a problem, Napleton Ford is not likely to do anything to help you, other than double talk.
