I have to admit I was not crazy about taking my car to the dealership, your prices are way out of the normal range.$800 for brakes and another $800 for some rewiring is ridiculous. LaQuita communicated well with myself and the warranty company, and the work seems to be done well. The one star is because of an issue with the loaner/rental car. LaQuita mistakenly said my warranty comp company, and the work seems to be done well. The one star is because of an issue with the loaner/rental car. LaQuita mistakenly said my warranty company covered $40/day when they just covered $40 total, so I paid and additional $240 unexpectedly. Then I returned the loaner/rental to Ford but it took them a week to bring it back to enterprise, so I was charged an additional $300 when I didn't even have the car. I'm still working to resolve this and haven't been reimbursed yet. Thanks, Brian More
Service was actually great. Did not give 5 stars due to the confusing scheduling process. I needed an oil change, had recalls and an issue with my mirror. But I did not going into it and the structure seems unnecessary. You should be able to make a single appointment to get everything needed on my car done at once. More
