We had an excellent experience at Hawk Ford yesterday when purchasing our van. Both Nick Ristich (sales) and Joe Storti (Finance Director) were Knowledgeable, respectful and able to our needs. Customer experience is an afterthought. I made an appointment and it took 50 minutes before my car was taken back for what was supposed to be an hour service in totality. Technician didn't complete appointment and it took 50 minutes before my car was taken back for what was supposed to be an hour service in totality. Technician didn't complete service (oil and tire rotation and pressure check), nor was it done correctly. After calling out that the tires were not rotated, I was told only one side was rotated. Note, I was asked if I wanted to see if the camera of the technician rotating the tires on one side of the vehicle and said "sure." After ten minutes I was met by the most arrogant per I've ever encountered who did not introduce himself (service director) before explaining what his technician did was correct and then telling me how he has been doing his job for 28 years, which is longer than anything I've ever done. After a few back and forth exchanges regarding the matter and mentioning the late appointment, the issue with the tire rotation and the ignorance when I arrived regarding a coupon, the Service Director (arrogant individual mentioned above) asked what I wanted. I stated that I wanted to see the footage his team of "car doctors" as he called them said I could see. He said the footage wouldn't actually show the tires being moved. Needless to say this was two hours I will never get back and an addition 30 minutes required to fix the service provided once I arrived at home. That said, it solidified why gen x and y typically stay clear of dealerships for service. More
