From the start of my interest in getting a new car, this dealership has been great. I couldn’t stay the entire time because of my schedule so I set something up to come back the same day. When I got back I dealership has been great. I couldn’t stay the entire time because of my schedule so I set something up to come back the same day. When I got back I signed and drove away in my new Ford Edge within an hour. Karen was so nice throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership to do business with. More
Had 8a.m. appointment for Escape door latch recall. Puzzled as to why it might require 90 min to read the latch codes and check against database of questionable latches. Enjoyed TV and WiFi. Noted Hawk Ford was complying w COVID guidelines as team members passed by the waiting area positioned between showroom, parts, and service. Except one guy observed wearing his mask as a chin strap. From my vantage point I observed him several more times. Mask inched up over mouth but never covered the nose. Inspection of latches completed in about 45(?)min. Visited cashier, checked out with Loretta, and waited for my car to be brought up front. Imagine my dismay when my car is returned to me by the guy with the problem mask! A mask not covering nose is ineffective as most breathing is done with nose not mouth. He tugged his mask over nose while exiting my vehicle and handing me the fob. As a cautious woman of a certain age existing in a bubble of one while waiting vaccination this was disappointing. More
