Had vehicle serviced recently and they were supposed to top off all fluids but didn’t. Had to take my vehicle to my mechanic the very next day because it was overheating. Come to find out it was low on coo top off all fluids but didn’t. Had to take my vehicle to my mechanic the very next day because it was overheating. Come to find out it was low on coolant because a hose was leaking. Had the technician at Hawk Ford checked the coolant level the day before I would have asked him to look into it and fix it before it began overheating. Other then that great service. More

Pete was very friendly and professional. They changed the oil and filter in a timely fashion. Every time we have come here there is always some complication, from being told yeah come right which turns into them about to close or screws not being put back into a splash guard and a random scre complication, from being told yeah come right which turns into them about to close or screws not being put back into a splash guard and a random screw then being used. Most recently they misplaced my car while being worked on, we didn't get a call back as the service rep decided to take a lunch instead. Then when we picked it up it was again misplaced leaving my wife to wait longer. Recall parts are never available when the recall letters are sent for either of our vehicles. More
