I had a bad experience with the service: I brought the car for three issues, 1. All warning lights on 2. Gas meter shows 3/4 tank when I fill the tank, 3. If I press the gas pedal the car goes too slow car for three issues, 1. All warning lights on 2. Gas meter shows 3/4 tank when I fill the tank, 3. If I press the gas pedal the car goes too slow and slow pick up speed. So whe I got my car guess what , next day the warning light for the engine came on, and the issues 2 and 3 still doing the same thing!! So WHAT DID HAWK FORD FIX ON MY CAR???, Oh and I have " 2 years and unlimited mileage guarantee" my question is what is the guarantee if im taking the car same way I brought it? More

Pete, the service rep at Quick Lane Hawk Ford, was extremely courteous and efficient. I explained that I was pressed for time and he got me finished ASAP.
