TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! My family had a terrible experience with this dealership a few days ago. I went in to service my car due to a recall, I was offered a rental since the work was not g terrible experience with this dealership a few days ago. I went in to service my car due to a recall, I was offered a rental since the work was not going to be completed the same day. I signed the documents needed, received the keys to the rental and was on my way. No walkthrough of the rental car was done and I didn't think anything of it. When my car was ready and we were ready to return the rental car, we were advised that a manager needed to "sign off" because there was damage to the car. The damage was what looked like a nick on the front of the car by the ford emblem. My husband advised the manager that we were not paying for something we didn't do and we were not aware if that nick was there before we took the rental car because no walkthrough was done. The manager went to review the security videos to see if a walkthrough was done and instead showed a still picture of the car and threaten to sue after my husband told him we were not paying for this damage as we did not cause it. The manager stated it didn't matter if no walkthrough was done and we were liable for any damage and proceeded to call the police. He called the POLICE over a nick in the rental car!! We were truly in disbelief and embarrassed! Our 12 year old son was with us during this whole event and asked what we did wrong and if we were all going to jail. We are very disappointed at how the entire situation was handled and would NOT recommend anyone to come here. This place lost our trust and our business. More
Service was generally good. I have a complaint about how long it takes to install the Sync in my Ford Taurus. According to the website, had I been able to do it myself, it should’ve taken only 1/2 hour. I w long it takes to install the Sync in my Ford Taurus. According to the website, had I been able to do it myself, it should’ve taken only 1/2 hour. I was at the Ford dealership for four hours. And the charge was $150. That’s a little excessive. The only person I know is Eva who checked me in and told me when the installation was almost complete. More
