The service evaluation was performed and a complete recap of the findings were provided along with the associated cost in advance of any work being performed. The Service Rep also provided a complete explanation surrounding the Recalls and the timelines as to when the required repairs would be completed. The services were performed well within the estimated time frame and to my satisfaction. Also saved a couple of $ by taking advantage of my membership in the Ford Pass Rewards Program..... Cheers!
