Great Customer service. Friendly, courteous and very attentive. We had left a horrible ford dealer when we came across this one. The guy in service gave us an appointment to come back a few days later. attentive. We had left a horrible ford dealer when we came across this one. Service on the car did not go as expected, they said they had fixed the issue and I'm glad we checked before we left the service department. The issue was unresolved they had to order a part. Unfortunately, it wont arrive before my daughter goes back to school and there aren't any Ford dealers near her school ☹ More
