Everyone there is so nice and concerned about safety. My car was done swiftly and so far run like new for a 7 year old car. I always have great service for my vehicle. I scheduled my appointment with my Service Consultant, Paul Stassin concerning the repairs for the undershield, the assembly and tail light. He referred me to Parts Department, I spoke with Jim and Tom and gave me a great price for both parts to be repaired. Amber, Service Consultant from the Quick Lanes Service provided a great price for my tail light to be repaired. Hawk Ford always provide excellent customer service, coupons, gift certificate and rebates. My Service Consultants always work with me concerning prices.
