I went in for a regular inspection for my 2020 ford fusionbecause the wheels vibrate while I drive. They're after market wheels. The mechanic didn't even bother to take the wheel apart or try to balanc fusionbecause the wheels vibrate while I drive. They're after market wheels. The mechanic didn't even bother to take the wheel apart or try to balance the wheels. He did a "visual inspection" which to a person with little to no experience with vehicles seems off. He diagnosed the wheels as " not round" which to me would've been in indication to put them on the balance machine. He didn't. This took no more than 10 mins. I was charged 75$. After talking to my personal mechanic he advised to call Hawk Ford which I did. The manager over the phone was really helpful and he did refund me. No problem. The only issue I see happening is that the mechanics aren't as professional as I thought. Just be careful and make sure you have everything on paper. More
