oil change I was third person first thing in the morning, they took my truck in a 8:20 after seeing people leave that came in after me I asked what happened wit I was third person first thing in the morning, they took my truck in a 8:20 after seeing people leave that came in after me I asked what happened with my truck, was told they were still working on it. One and a half hours later I went to the restroom in the main building and saw my truck sitting in the middle of the service dept. I went back to Quick Lane and told them what I saw, a few minutes later I was told my truck was ready and they drove it around,When I got my truck the windows were down, the radio stations were changed and there was a cigarette but on my floor mat. I was told the person that changed my oil does not smoke and they have no idea how it got there, Amber was overwhelmed with customers being the only person working. Mark Frigo More
