Excellent service- only one problem my car was kept for over a week (no problem, thank you). They gave me a loaner car,thank you. Before I returned the loaner car I took it through the car wash,whipped out over a week (no problem, thank you). They gave me a loaner car,thank you. I was overcharged for servicing and am still waiting for the refund to go through. I had to catch the error, after reminding the service rep three times that I had the maintenance package and the oil change the refund to go through. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and almost meeting social distance standards (some of the chairs should be removed for the appropriate 6 ft rule) .
