Do to the brake problem coming up unexpectedly, I was in a bind because I needed a vehicle Sun. to take my wife to Doweners Grove Sun. and was willing to rent one, but your manager offered a free loaner, He helped out of a bad situation, that type of consideration is priceless, This is the 3rd time I've had good experiences at your dealership.The 1st time was about 14 yrs ago when you were under different ownership, I bought my previous van there, The main reason was the salesman, out of all the dealers I went to at that time, he was the only one who didn't try to pressure me into making a deal right then and there, I came back later and made the deal when I felt ready. Obviously you still hire good people, it shows in how everyone there treated me from the service manager to the kid that had to explain to this old fart had to work everything on the rental, sorry I can't remember his name, but he made sure I understood everything.
