Everything went good, had an appointment and was taken within 10 of my appointment time. They didn’t change my window sticker again for the next mileage/date to bring it in next. Also they put my tires at within 10 of my appointment time. They didn’t change my window sticker again for the next mileage/date to bring it in next. Also they put my tires at 40 pounds when it’s warmer out AND my tires max pressure is 35 not cool. By the time I got to work my tires were at 46 pounds so I had to take air out. WATCH THAT PEOPLE so you don’t have a blow out. Wasn’t told a thing about my air filter or cabin filter and my car is 3 yrs old and I KNOW I need them both. I replace them myself but it was a bit unsettling as to what they REALLY chem behind the scenes. I love Hawk Firs but they could improve more.
