4.5 hours to complete service I was told would take about an hour. Then when I went to pick up my car it took more than 20minutes waiting outside for them to bring the car out. Large selection of vehicles. My experience if Im.honest is mixed. I thought my sales person Mike Hopkins is a good guy. Just wasnt able to deliver interest rates as hoped so my car note is a bit high. Then is mixed. I thought my sales person Mike Hopkins is a good guy. The issue was pushed to January looking to comp the service as good will through the dealership for customer loyalty , was declined based on a Ford rating system. Service repair running $800-900 put of my pocket. Dealership suggestion is to spend even MOREmoney on an extended warranty. When I declined that suggestion. Now I must pay for the repair. 5-7 days later miraculously the radio issue was fixed. Makes me believe it was a satellite reset issue initially that this dealership wanted me to pay $800-$900 to repair. Just makes you wonder. Thank you Hawk Ford for the savings. However makes you wonder. More
