Overall excellent experience I came in to Hawk looking for a used F-150. With Ali’s help, I was surprised to learn that I could get a brand new F-150 in exactly the configuration I came in to Hawk looking for a used F-150. With Ali’s help, I was surprised to learn that I could get a brand new F-150 in exactly the configuration I wanted for only a little more than a used one. To me, that was a great deal. On top of that, I was offered more for my trade-in than Carmax offered me the day before. Ali was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Joe in the finance department answered all my questions thoroughly and made the paperwork process easy. The only issue I encountered in the entire process was a very minor scratch I found near the keypad on the driver’s door, caused when the protective tape was being removed. I didn’t notice it when I left the dealership because it was already dark outside (they probably didn’t see it either), otherwise I am certain that they would have gotten it fixed for me before I drove off. More

Quick Lane Why make a appointment for a oil change when you wait 15 minutes for a person to come to the desk and check you in.
