Everyone showed Great Customer Service. Omg, our car was on its last legs. My sister who just bought a car from Hawk's Ford recently gave us the number and to talk to YAZ which we did. Quick and Efficient Brought our Escape in for the usual oil change. Went to the regular service entrance and waited for someone to come to me to find out what I needed. A Brought our Escape in for the usual oil change. Went to the regular service entrance and waited for someone to come to me to find out what I needed. After 10 minutes waiting no one came out so I backed out of the bay and went to the Express area , parked and went in. After that the service was perfect. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to the regular service entrance for simple oil changes and waited there for 10 minutes or more to have someone talk to me. That never use to happen. We have brought our cars there for years. In any case for oil changes and such I will just take it to the Express area from now on. More
