Fastest service ever at a Ford Dealership Could not believe how fast Hawk Ford got me in and out the door. Have taken my truck to other dealerships and on average waited 2 hours for a oil chan Could not believe how fast Hawk Ford got me in and out the door. Have taken my truck to other dealerships and on average waited 2 hours for a oil change. Hawk Ford though, took me as a walk in and was out the door 25 minutes later. Fast, fantastic service! Definitely will be returning here for future truck service More

Disappointed Purchased my 2015 Ford edge and love it... For the most part. A few issues with the vehicle were handled and taken care of. Fernando was excellent at doing his best to accommodate my situation of traveling from Green Bay. Have a new issue now with the tie rod after only having it a couple days. Wish the vehicle would've been inspected better before listing it. More

Hawk Ford’s service department is the best! I hope I get his name right, Todd in the service department went beyond the call of duty to make sure I received the best experience while having my c I hope I get his name right, Todd in the service department went beyond the call of duty to make sure I received the best experience while having my car serviced. I was told the service would be about 4 hours. As I waited, Todd kept me updated on the status of the repair. When it became obvious that the repair would take longer, he offered me a loaner. Sooo I really enjoyed having the 2019 Fusion for 2 days! Todd is funny, and conversational. He really made me feel like a valued customer. More
