Service complaint Only complaint is I bring my car in every 5 months for service as I do not drive 5000 miles in 5 month period. I never been happy with Hawk Ford I have had trouble with my vehicle since the date of purchase, I’ve dealt with Sales manager and service manager in the past and I’ve not been happy a I have had trouble with my vehicle since the date of purchase, I’ve dealt with Sales manager and service manager in the past and I’ve not been happy all they did was give me excuses/explanations that would cost me. The customer service is excellent but the ownership of their faults are terrible. I only go to this dealership because I purchased my used vehicle from them. Also the service department does not support Quick Lane it’s been stated that they have to clean up behind them and it’s always an additional cost to customer. If Quick Lane is so bad why does it exist? More
