I never been happy with Hawk Ford I have had trouble with my vehicle since the date of purchase, I’ve dealt with Sales manager and service manager in the past and I’ve not been happy a I have had trouble with my vehicle since the date of purchase, I’ve dealt with Sales manager and service manager in the past and I’ve not been happy all they did was give me excuses/explanations that would cost me. The customer service is excellent but the ownership of their faults are terrible. I only go to this dealership because I purchased my used vehicle from them. Also the service department does not support Quick Lane it’s been stated that they have to clean up behind them and it’s always an additional cost to customer. If Quick Lane is so bad why does it exist? More

Not Happy Received a recall for the passenger airbag on my 2011 Fusion. The staff behind the counter were great and I got a call to pick up my vehicle sooner Received a recall for the passenger airbag on my 2011 Fusion. The staff behind the counter were great and I got a call to pick up my vehicle sooner than expected. However, the latch to close the armrest on the center console no longer functions. I would have thought if things were moved around you would make sure it still worked before returning the vehicle. I was rather annoyed when I discovered this as you can imagine. The thought of taking my free time and returning for something minor like this quite frankly angers me. On the other hand, my wife came with and had the oil changed on our Explorer at your Quick Lane. First in, first out. That part went well. More

Oscar, the assistant service manager,is great! I was stranded on the highway when some debris flying off a truck flew under my Escape and ripped a hole in my gas tank. I was towed past the closest I was stranded on the highway when some debris flying off a truck flew under my Escape and ripped a hole in my gas tank. I was towed past the closest Ford dealer who said they were too busy to check on my car. Oscar said we're never too busy to help so we landed at Hawk. Best thing! Oscar and the service manager pushed my car onto a rack, saw the problem, rented me a car, got the new tank, installed it, and gave it back to me as promised. They were ready and willing with a smile and a handshake. Would recommend them to anyone More
