Coolant Issues Solved In One Hour This was a great service experience, it was my first time at this location and it was an unique situation I brought them. My vehicle had been leaking This was a great service experience, it was my first time at this location and it was an unique situation I brought them. My vehicle had been leaking coolant for about three months and but I could not identify the source of the leak, finally I decided to take it in. I was greeted promptly and all my questions were answered at the time of write up. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was spectacular, clean as could be and well stocked with coffee. In less than 15 minutes I was updated by my service adviser that my vehicle had a leak coming from the overflow tank, and that it was covered under factory warranty, as well as that I had a recall that was going to be taken care of as well. Within a hour of being there I was told my vehicle was all set and ready to go with a recap of what was done to my vehicle. Overall, the service was hands down the best I have seen and I would recommend this location for any Ford drivers. I will be back again when it is time to service my vehicle, thank you Hawk Ford! More

Hawk Ford service cener Hawk Ford service center replaced my dead battery in a reasonable amount of time at their Express Lane area. The vehicle was still covered under the 3 Hawk Ford service center replaced my dead battery in a reasonable amount of time at their Express Lane area.
