Fast and Friendly Service I stopped in during the week in order to get my car serviced with an oil change. Excellent service I brought my car in for a number of repairs and for some body work. I dealt with Kevin on the service side and Ron on the body shop side. Despite the fact that I interrupted Kevin‘s dinner was a laundry list of things that needed to be done, he provided timely and incredibly friendly service. Kevin even went out of his way to call me on his day off to bring me up to speed with A number of the issues. This is the first time that I have ever used hawk, and I can assure you that I will return if the occasion should arise again in the future. Working with Kevin and Ron was incredibly easy. More
Not all dealerships are alike I went to a different Ford Quick Lane, because it was closer to my house. The other dealer just wanted to sell me a new tire, because there was a "bub I went to a different Ford Quick Lane, because it was closer to my house. The other dealer just wanted to sell me a new tire, because there was a "bubble in it." I went to Hawk Ford, where I bought the car. I have tire insurance and was told that there was a nail in my tire. The tire was replaced, and I was kept apprised of everything (they had to get a tire from their warehouse) while I was waiting. It was replaced and I was on my way! Not all service centers or dealers are like. I have been pleased with Hawk Ford and will continue to use them. More

Upon entering the dealership (2 This is a twofold review...... **please read entire review** The experience with my salesman Ramy was awesome !! Upon entering the dealership (2/2019) ,he greeted me and I proceeded to tell him my game plan to trade in my existing SUV . After the normal back-n-fourth I settled on a vehicle and acceptable terms. The ENTIRE purchasing experience was great !! The SUV I choose had some stripes that I didn’t like so as part of the deal he mentioned that I could come back at a later date to have the stripes on both sides removed (for free). Fast-forward to 4/25/2019 Ramy arranged for me to have a loaner during the duration of the stripe removal and I had them do a aftermarket installation as well . At this point I’m dealing with SERVICE DEPT. ONLY ! The service guy assigned to my vehicle name is Ken ,he assured me that my vehicle was going to be ready for pickup Monday (4/29/19). Monday afternoon I called the service dept to inquire about the status and were told by the operator that my service rep would reach out to me (Ken).He never did. I called 5-6 hours later and were told that he’ll call me back , so i was transferred to his voicemail and left a message. He did call me that evening to tell me that my vehicle wasn’t finished, I mentioned to him that not being able to pick my vehicle up that evening was going to be a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE for me and negatively affect my schedule he rest of the week. He NEVER OFFERED A APOLOGY but immediately attempted to throw my Salesman under the bus . Everyone I talked to mentioned that it’s the SERVICE REP responsibility to communicate with the customer .My entire experience with Ken was f---ing terrible, he fail to communicate with me whatsoever and out of the 3-4 times we talked (on phone/in person) HE NEVER OFFERED A APOLOGY !! He acted as if I was getting on his nerves !! Extremely BAD customer service!! After I got my vehicle back , I noticed that my 4foot step ladder was missing . This time I dealt with Ramy and the end result was he had a car porter deliver it to my house as a result of the inconvenience!! If you need to purchase a vehicle RAMY is the person you need to see !! When I need to take my vehicle in for routine maintenance I’ll take it to ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP before I deal with Ken again !! RAMY-5 stars Service guy Ken- 0 stars More
Came in for service on focus I have always had great experiences at this dealership, except the last time when Jesus was arguing with me and pushing us to buy a truck.
