Always a great experience! Jimmy in the Quick lane always keeps me informed and completes the vehicle in a timely manner. Honest service you can trust is hard to come by. NOT Jimmy in the Quick lane always keeps me informed and completes the vehicle in a timely manner. Honest service you can trust is hard to come by. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Only negative is the self check in is poor. Not only is it cumbersome and unreliable, it takes away from the personal service experience customers expect from a professional facility. Many customers, including myself, have our cars serviced where we have grown to trust our service consultant. Removing the employees engagement with customers will certainly lead to reduced loyalty.
