The lady at the service desk whom checked me in supposed to call me to let me know when my parts for my car came in. She never called me to let me know my parts came in. I spoke with several people at Hawk Ford with promises of calling me back however phoneunperturbed. again left unreturned. I believe Hawk Ford doesn't have good communication skills and don't follow up as they promise. Ar this point my extended warranty had akeeady issued Hawk Ford a check and I had already paid my deductible. So I felt as if Hawk Ford had already received payment and wasn't concerned about following up with me letting me know that my parts were there and scheduling me for an application to fix my car. More
