I would’ve rather talked to the actual mechanic who diagnosed my car vs the guy handling the customers at the front desk. I paid $170 for a diagnostic test that I was told would be $150 when I called f diagnosed my car vs the guy handling the customers at the front desk. I paid $170 for a diagnostic test that I was told would be $150 when I called for me not to even be able to talk to the mechanic who checked it out. I tried asking the front desk associate who gave me my papers about what was wrong but it felt As if he was just trying to get me to spend more money and he was dismissive. I ended up having to ask the guy who pulled my car around to ask a mechanic what specific part I needed because I didn’t know what it was. $170 just to get a sheet of paper and not be able to speak with a mechanic. Super bad business! More
