Interior lights would not turn off. The service writer said nothing needed repairing as the rotary switch controlling the brightness of dashboard and interior lights was just stuck. Continued on stating "all we needed to do was un-stick It." For this I was billed $165.00. I am now appealing this outrageous amount with management. Mr. Irving Gasca (new car sales) helped me with information regarding a potential new car purchase for my wife in the near future. More

I came with a working rear windshield wiper it had the issue of water going inside the car. I left with a non working wiper. The bill was $850.00. This was not fair. They refused to put it back like it wa issue of water going inside the car. I left with a non working wiper. The bill was $850.00. This was not fair. They refused to put it back like it was when I came in. I understand this was not a warranty issue. My wiper should not been broken worse by the technician. I feel I was cheated. I discussed this with the manager. I was told to take it somewhere else. More
