Couldn't tell me when the part would be available. 2 weeks later phone call that the part is in. Asked to have the part sent to another dealership, "sure no problem, have them call us". New dealership 2 weeks later phone call that the part is in. Asked to have the part sent to another dealership, "sure no problem, have them call us". New dealership calls them 2 hours later "part has already been given to another customer". Hawk ford is really on point i dropped my truck off at 630 and they were still closed but they got my keys and completed the service before I got off of work.
