Not happy with the dealer markup and I swear I got up charged on interest rate. Having owned over 15 fords even with the gm xxxxxxxx repo didn’t do anything to help on that front. Have bought a car at hawk dodge not helping previous customers is not cool. I’ve purchased 62 cars since I was 16 up until now. I believe this will be my last new car I ever buy through a dealer. I know it’s a business and I could have walked away. But it was my Christmas and my birthday gift to me. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be recommended any of my friends or family. Just being honest. Not upset with your company persay but in general. It’s not the consumer fault there is no inventory xxxxty your xxxxing us to make a huge profit you made money on my car, the bank rate and your xxxxty market adjustment. And yes I know I didn’t have to buy from you. Like I said my car salesman was cool no issues. Fi went smooth and it was a smooth transaction just felt very Violate it. I will probably only go back there for my free oil change that I was told was included by my car salesman boss. Other than that will never see me for service at your place. One of the only reason I came to your store I’ve purchase 5 new mustang every time I go and build want I want they never had. When I built my 2021 you guys had exactly what I wanted and I jumped on it. More
After calling and being told I could not get my oil change until January 6. I decided to take a ride and Pete got me in and completed the oil change and tire rotation in less than one half hour. I’m close to there so I was able to get right over. He had me in and out within 15-20 minutes! Amazing! I’ve been dealing with Pete in service for about 4 years and he’s been awesome and very helpful. I’ve even seen him squeeze people in who are desperate, which I think is a very nice thing to do for people. I will continue to go there because of the great service. The service was quick but VERY disappointed in their mask wearing and consideration of customers well being. Especially now with the virus surge that is happening.
