Not happy with the dealer markup and I swear I got up charged on interest rate. Having owned over 15 fords even with the gm xxxxxxxx repo didn’t do anything to help on that front. I know it’s a business and I could have walked away. But it was my Christmas and my birthday gift to me. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be recommended any of my friends or family. I’m close to there so I was able to get right over. He had me in and out within 15-20 minutes! Amazing! I’ve been dealing with Pete in service for about 4 years and he’s been awesome and very helpful. I’ve even seen him squeeze people in who are desperate, which I think is a very nice thing to do for people. I will continue to go there because of the great service.
