When I arrive got greted and was asked my concerns and told them Have some recall and need oil change. And the noise in the front suspension. Then a couple of hours later I gotta call that my car was done so I went and picked it up and went home did notice there was still a small noise coming out from the front of my car Even though the Tech said that there was no noise during test drive so the next day i was going to take the car to get it clean and notice that the tires were not rotated as indicated in the billing when the service was done this happens before and I let it go but I think this would be the last time I will have my vehicle service at hawk Ford . I believe the service was done too fast and this is why I am writing just my opinion and I am a mechanic by trade it is what it is thank you. More

My car was at the dealer for more than a week no one ever called me to let me know what was going on. When you call if you are lucky someone will answer the phone. However if someone answered they told you y called me to let me know what was going on. When you call if you are lucky someone will answer the phone. I asked for 2 tires to be replaced and 4 were replaced. No one ever asked if this was ok. Extra money I did not want to spend. I will try another Ford dealer the next time I need service. More
