My car has been having power issues for about 2 months now, when I first brought my car in for service they replaced the starter and battery, but the issue was not resolved. I called them back and scheduled another service appointment, replaced another part, the fees were waived this time which made me very happy since I didn't expect a second visit. Now, my car is still dead but my service technician is fully committed to fixing it and is making the process pretty stress-free considering how many problems my car throws at the both of us. More
