I bought a used car from Nick Ristich back on 8/11. I really liked the car besides some chips in paint that was noticed after the test drive. It took 6 weeks and 5 reschedules and 2 painters to get the touch-ups done, which was a hassle, but the chips are no longer noticeable. They were able to give me a rental so that I could leave the car at the dealership which gave the second round of painters plenty of time to look over the whole car and do a good job. Nick Shaqra assisted a lot with expediting the process and reviewed the quality of work once completed. He explained in full detail every question I had and he threw in a color matched paint pen so that I can take care of any minor chips in the future that occur. Appreciate eventually getting the attention to detail especially on a new customers car. Joe Storti from financing offered a payment plan that could have been explained better since there was no comment of a membership fee of $399 being charged along with how payments were going to be applied to the loan monthly even though they can be collected weekly/bi-weekly. Overall bad experience since I had to do the leg work to make sure what was discussed and promised pre-purchase actually happened as described post-purchase. More
